Joshua Burcham

Joshua counsels clients in developing and maintaining franchise systems, resolving commercial disputes, and representing clients in commercial litigation.

Joshua received his J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law where he competed on the Mock Trial team.

Prior to law school, Joshua earned his B.A. from Lyon College in Batesville Arkansas where he was a member of the men’s golf team for four years. Additionally, in his time as an undergraduate, Joshua served with Court Appointed Special Advocates (“CASA”) and was an active member of the CASA community.

During law school, Joshua served as a clinic student in the Innocence Project Clinic and competed on the Texas A&M Mock Trial team. Joshua also spent time with the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office during his summers in law school.

Joshua lives in Fort Worth with his wife, ShaNae, and two dogs, Dobby and Leo. When he isn’t working, Joshua enjoys making coffee, playing golf and hockey, and watching his favorite sports teams including the Stars, the Seahawks, and Texas A&M football.
