Meagan focuses her practice on startup businesses, entity formation, corporate law, contract drafting, and contract disputes.
Meagan received her J.D. from Penn State Law where she graduated with a Specialized Concentration in Corporate Law and Practice. Prior to law school, she completed her ABA Paralegal Certificate Program from University of San Diego where she specialized in Business Litigation and graduated with honors. Meagan holds her B.A. in International Studies from the University of North Texas.
Before law school, Meagan worked as a corporate paralegal with prior experience in business management and program operations and compliance.
During law school, Meagan interned with the Penn State Law Entrepreneur Assistance Clinic for 2 ½ years. Through her internship, she assisted clients with entity formation, startup business advising, contract drafting and negotiation, investment closings, and asset sales. While in law school, she also served on the Board of Directors for Centre Volunteers in Medicine, a Pennsylvania non-profit organization that provides low-cost medical care to local residents. Meagan was also the Resident Blog Editor for the Penn State Law Journal of Law and International Affairs, obtained six certifications, and received a CALI Excellence Award in Contracts.
Meagan is pending admission to the State Bar of Texas.
